Baryo Terms of Service
Last updated: October 23, 2026
These terms cover your use of Baryo, which G3 IT Solutions ("we", "us") operates at baryo.g3itsolutions.com. By creating an account, you agree to them.
1. What Baryo is
Baryo is software that PMOs and homeowners' associations use to bill dues, record payments and issue receipts. We are not a bank or a payment processor, and we never hold your money. You pay your association directly through the payment channels it lists. Baryo only records those payments.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
- Each person uses their own account. Each mobile number can belong to only one account per role.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you think someone else has used it, tell us right away.
3. PMOs and associations
If you register a village or association, you confirm that:
- you are authorized to act for it
- the payment details you post are the association's real accounts
- you will use residents' data only to run the association, in line with the Data Privacy Act
PMOs are responsible for their dues, rates, penalties, and for approving or rejecting payments. Anyone can register a PMO. We may review any PMO at any time, and we may suspend a PMO that posts false payment details or misuses residents' data.
4. Homeowners and residents
- Upload only real proof of a payment you actually made.
- Your association decides whether to approve a payment. If you disagree with a bill, a penalty or a rejection, open a ticket in the Help Center. Your PMO will handle it first, and you can escalate it to Baryo support if it isn't resolved.
- Your PMO sets its own due dates, reminders and penalties. Baryo sends reminders based on those settings, but you are still responsible for paying on time.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- upload fake receipts
- impersonate a person or an association
- try to access another village's or person's data
- break or overload the service
- use Baryo for anything unlawful
6. Fees
Baryo is free during the pilot. If we introduce fees later, we'll give at least 30 days' notice, and nothing will be charged without your association agreeing first.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Baryo running and backed up, but we can't promise it will never go down. We may update features, and we'll give notice before major changes.
8. No warranties and no liability
Baryo is a free pilot, provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. That includes fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the fullest extent allowed by Philippine law, G3 IT Solutions, its owners, staff and partners are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Baryo, or your inability to use it. This includes:
- disputes between residents and their association
- bills, penalties, approvals or rejections made by a PMO
- payments made, lost or misdirected outside Baryo, including to wrong or fake payment details
- data you or your PMO enter incorrectly
- downtime, data loss, or acts of third-party providers
- any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any lost profits
Our total liability is capped at a flat ₱5,000, except where the law forbids it, such as liability for fraud, bad faith or gross negligence, which Philippine law does not allow anyone to waive.
8A. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless G3 IT Solutions, its owners, staff and partners against any claim, loss or cost, including legal fees, arising from your use of Baryo, your content, or your breach of these terms. For PMOs, this includes claims by your residents.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using Baryo at any time. If you break these terms, we may suspend your account. Even after an account ends, we keep financial records as our Privacy Policy describes.
9A. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using Baryo after an update, you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes go to the courts of General Trias City, Cavite.
